Disco Packages

Offering you more than the average disco. Using the latest intelligent lighting creating a spectacular light show and using state of the art sound technology delivering music with noticeable clarity to the dance floor.

Graham is covered by  £5m Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all the equipment used is PAT tested annually to ensure its safety.  Graham holds a fully enhanced CRB check.

Catering for all tastes and ages, DJ Graham Privett will ensure your event is unique and tailored to your requirements.

We offer four packages to meet both your budget and your requirements; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum (see below).

Bronze Disco Package  - Off-peak party package

From £250  - Monday - Thursday                 

This package comes complete with 1200 watt sound System using BOSE speakers and amps, 6 Intelligent lights on light stands, 2 bubble Machines and smoke/fog machine (venue permitting). Professional DJ giving you a total of 4 hours of playing time  The price is inclusive of all set up one hour before the chosen start time and break down at the end of the evening for events Monday to Thursday inclusive. If you require extra hours these are charged at £30 per hour or part hour.  An earlier set up time can be arranged at an extra charge of £50 (dependent on location of venue).  Price includes an indepth telephone consultation.

Silver Disco Package  - party package for weekends

From £275 - Friday, Saturday and peak times

Same as the Bronze package only for Events on Fridays, Saturdays and events on Bank Holidays.

Gold Package - Wedding Disco  

From £350 ~ Most popular Wedding package

Catering for a max of 300 people. 2.5k Sound System using BOSE speakers and amps. Intelligent lighting on tri-lite gantries. Mirror Ball and pin spots, Strobe Lighting and up to 4 Spot lights with colour gels. 2 bubble machines, smoke/fog machines (venue permitting). DJ will be on-site between 4.30and 5pm to set up and provide background music from 7pm until 8pm if required, with the disco commencing at 8pm until Midnight or alternatively commencing with the disco from 7pm until Midnight ~ total of 5 x hours playing time. Full use of the microphones are included for any speeches or announcements during the evening.   Price includes in-depth telephone consultation, playlist via email.  Should you require to extend the playing time, this can be added at £30 per hour or part hour which would need to be confirmed on the booking form. 

Platinum Package - Premium Wedding Disco or Corporate Party Package -from £500

This is a totally bespoke package and put together to meet your specific requirements. After an in-depth consultation we will put together our premier disco package designed to meet your events needs. Catering for a max of 300 people. 2.5k Sound System using BOSE speakers and amps. Intelligent lighting on tri-lite gantries. Mirror Ball and pin spots, Strobe Lighting and up to 4 Spot lights with colour gels. 2 bubble machines, smoke/fog machines (venue permitting).  DJ will be on site from Midday to set up all equipment.  He will remain with you to play background music during your Reception and will provide radio mics. for speeches.   1 x hour of background music and up 5 hours of disco entertanment ~ total of 6 x hours of music.  Price also includes in-depth consultation and where appropriate a site visit.

Band and Disco packages from £1,500

Graham is delighted to be able to offer  a band and disco combined package offering five hours of evening's entertainment from £1,500.  The package consists of 2 x 45 minute sets wit full stage lighting from the chosen band mixed with the disco.  The bands we have available cover many genres including covers, tribute, jazz, swing and our very popular Ceilidh package.  The evening and running order for the evening is tailor made to suit your event.  Please contact me for further information and the type of packages available.

Oversees Disco's are catered for on a bespoke basis.  Travel, any equipment hire and accommodation will need to be added to the cost.
